Mr. Ricky has always went above and beyond to provided excellent customer service and attention to detail when it comes to servicing my 2019 Buick Encore. He is always kind, considerate and highly professional.

I can't say enough good things about Stephanie Spindler and Jimmy Campbell. When my check engine light came on, they got my vehicle checked right away and quickly diagnosed the issue. The necessary parts were ordered promptly, and as soon as they arrived, I was provided with a loaner vehicle so there was no interruption to my daily routine. The repair was completed in just two days, and I was back on the road in my own car before I knew it. My vehicle now drives like a dream, and to top it all off, it was returned to me cleaned and looking great. Customer service makes all the difference, and Stephanie and Jimmy truly set the standard. Their professionalism, communication, efficiency, and attention to detail earned my trust and appreciation. Best service, best turnaround time, and an overall outstanding experience! My 1st service at this location but it will not be my last. Thanks guys

Took much longer than it should have. Also, even though I’ve been in for service before, they didn’t have my service plan on file and couldn’t find it immediately which added to my check in time. By the time I saw that my car was ready, I didn’t want to stay for the car wash because it would have taken at least another 30 minutes.

Outstanding services, I lived one hr and 60 miles from the dealership and there is a dealership about 5 min where I live. I have establish a family type relationship over a number of years at the other dealership with Ms.Spindler and the mechanics dept. I know my Corvette is in good hands..

The 2 stars were earned by the mechanics they did a good job. The service manager Jon didn’t care to call me as he said he would, they had the car for two days. I called and left messages not returned call 3 times. I went back to find out what happened Jon didn’t remember me or anything about our transaction. He looked up on the computer and said oh you’re ready. He went out to get the car and couldn’t find it…no really.

It was awesome. Ricky was attentive to my request to look at vehicles and sent a salesperson so I could ask questions about vehicles I looked at. When my vehicle was complete, he reviewed and explained all the flagged incidents.

My appointment was at 10:00 am and I sat there u til 1:45 waiting on my vehicle and even when she came to talk to me about the problem no one waited to see, if I wanted the work do e they just bought my truck out as if it was ready to go..i away go on Saturday just for a oil change and never no problem

I highly recommend Stoler Buick for service. Although I had several issues that needed to be addressed, service advisor, Ricky Walston, kept me informed about the status of my service and made sure I received all possible discounts. Service was performed in a timely manner.

Complete ripoffs. They charged $244 for my car diagnostic and gave a completely wrong issue, requesting 10 hours of service for repair. A regular repair technician diagnosed the problem in minutes and fixed the car to perfection for next to nothing.

I reached out to my service advisor, Stephanie, and informed her that my parts had come in. She immediately got me scheduled. On the day of my service, the shop was waiting on me and service was performed as promised. The mechanic, Shawn, did a phenomenal job in getting me in and out that day.

Kudos to my advisor Ricky Walston. He always goes a above and beyond to make sure I understand the work being done and done in a timely manner. He keeps me updated on the progress during the repair. Afterwards he goes over what was done and what may be needed on next visit. He has been my fathers advisor on his vehicle(s) and now mine. He's the reason I am a repeat customer and someone I trust.

Superb service; my service advisor Stephanie is professional, knowledgeable, and she always treat my needs as if they are her own. Shawn, the mechanic does excellent work on my car. He too, is knowledgeable and takes care of my vehicle as if it’s his own. I don’t see myself taking my car to any other dealership. When I called Stephanie with my issue, she immediately got me in the appointment book.
